James M. Ward, author of Deities and Demigods and Gamma World, passes away: James Ward was an industry stalwart from the TSR days, and his contributions to both Gamma World and Metamorphosis Alpha helped set the direction for science fiction RPGs.

It’s PAX East this weekend, the big commercial con that happens in the Boston area. Seamus is on the scene, and there may be some glimpses into the vault later in April. Either way, from the archives today is a roundup from PAX East in 2020, an oddly auspicious roundup as it was published about two weeks before the first COVID lockdown.
