Bankruptcy Court Moves Diamond Hearings Till After San Diego Comic-Con: As a result of appeals from comic book publishers, the bankruptcy hearings have been moved to August 5th, in part to determine the rights and status of all of Diamond’s ‘consignees’, that is the publishers whose stock they’re holding. This is good news, but both the absence of any mention of RPG publishers and the fact that the hearing now starts the Tuesday after GenCon kind of reminds you how little RPGs are factoring into this.
